Returns & Exchange Policy

At Nomi & Mani, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following terms:

How to Return or Exchange:

1. You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of purchase.
2. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made shirts (including size adjustments and alterations).
3. We do not offer refunds on custom orders. For standard items, refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your return.
4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to return items.

Return Process:

1. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email or phone about whether it’s approved or not.
2. Please make sure the item is packed properly in its original condition.
3. If you want to exchange an item, please check if the desired size or color is in stock. Exchanges are subject to availability.

For Custom Orders:

1. Custom shirts can be altered if the fit isn’t right. We offer adjustments like shortening or tightening the shirt.
2. If there’s an error on our part (wrong size or design), we will remake your shirt free of charge, subject to fabric availability.

International Orders:

1. If you're outside Pakistan, you’ll be responsible for any customs duties or taxes. These are non-refundable.
2. Shipping Charges: Customers outside Pakistan are responsible for shipping fees for returns and exchanges.

Cancellation of Orders:

We may cancel an order if:

1. The item is out of stock
2. There was a pricing error
3. Payment issues
4. No response to our confirmation call

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
